To get an own clubroom(部室)
Clubrooms in Student Building and Campus Plaza are assigned by Gakuyu-kai(学友会). Clubrooms can be used after approved by Student Building Committee.
Student Building Contact Committee member registration(連絡委員登録)
Overview
Groups with their own clubrooms in Student Building and Campus Plaza have to register one person as a Contact Committee member(連絡委員) every year. Groups without clubrooms can also register.
They receive email notifications from us and inform all group members when necessary. They play a role as a pipeline between their group and Student Building Management Committee.

“Student Building Contact Committee meeting(連絡委員会)” is held, where important information is announced and a survey about the management of Student Building and Campus Plaza is conducted. Student Building Contact Committee members must attend.
Advantages of Student Building Contact Committee member registration
- Such groups can use the following services.
- Receiving notification emails from Student Building Committee
- Borrowing large equipment and expensive equipment at Student Building/Campus Plaza
- Receiving parcels of your group at Student Building/Campus Plaza
- Applying for Special Use
*To apply for Special Use, a group needs to attend Student Building Contact Committee meetings at least once after the registration.
Circle Lockers (サークルロッカー)
“Circle lockers” are installed in Student Building and Campus Plaza mainly for groups without clubrooms.
They are often used in order to keep things and documents for activities in the lobby. We accept new use applications at the end of Academic Year for groups hoping to start using circle lockers. Groups already using circle lockers also need to make a renewal use application.
If your group wants to use them, remember to apply within the deadline.
Because of a shortage of circle lockers, when assigning circle lockers, groups without clubrooms will be given priority. Groups with clubrooms are assigned circle lockers only if they have appropriate reasons for having circle lockers in addition to clubrooms.
If your group wants to use circle lockers, check the notification about circle lockers on the public notice boards in Student Building and Campus Plaza, and make sure to apply before the deadline.
