Sending Parcels and Mails

Receiving parcels

Clubs/classes can send parcels to Student Building and Campus Plaza. Note that the name of your club/class and clubroom, and the telephone number of your club are needed, and we cannot receive a cash on delivery parcel, refrigerated delivery service and a registered mail.

If your club/class wants to receive parcels at Student Building / Campus Plaza Office, you need to register as a Student Building Contact Committee member in advance. After we receive your parcels, we display the name of your club/class and the number of the parcels at the counter. When you see the display, please come to the Office with your student ID card and receive parcels. Because we do not have much capacity to store items, please receive them as soon as possible. In addition, inform the Office in advance if you send a large amount of parcels or big ones.

Circle Posts

In Student Building and Campus Plaza, to store mails (postcards, documents, etc.),there are shelves called “Circle Posts”, which are assigned to each club. In Student Building, they are located on the right side of the main building on the first floor, and in Campus Plaza, they are in the lobby on the first floor of Building A.

We assign Circle Posts to clubs that have clubrooms. Clubs that do not have clubrooms need to apply to use them. Applications for Circle Posts are accepted in spring.

Too many mails in the post may cause problems, so check it regularly to make sure it is not full.
