Carrying in and out things from the club room

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the procedures and precautions for taking items in and out of the club rooms vary depending on whether you are a member of the university or a non-member of the university. Please confirm the procedures before you visit the building.

For on-campus users only

We lend you a key in exchange for your student ID.
Scan the QR code attached to the room door when you enter and leave the clubroom, and register your usage time.
Return the key to the office within 30 minutes or before closing. When you return the key, please disinfect it with the alcohol disinfectant located behind the counter.
You must apply for using the clubroom  in advance for other purposes. For more information, please see “Resumption of Club Room Use”.
Note that due to the fact that we only lend keys to students or staff of the University of Tokyo, we have changed the procedures to ensure that the person borrowing the key is an on-campus user. For more details, refer to “Change of Lending Terms” at the bottom of this page.

With non-members

Non members of the University of Tokyo are allowed to take items in and out of the club rooms only if they are accompanied by the member.
Keys will be lent only to on-campus visitors.
The QR codes posted at the entrance of each room do not need to be read by non-university users.
Please refer to the website of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences for information on how to enter the Komaba Campus for non-university visitors.

Please register the person in charge of your group using the Registration Form for Taking In and Out Items with Non-members, and show the permission e-mail of the form at the counter, and submit the list of participants. Please note that you only need to register this form once. You do not need to register each time.
